Tour de Lamb - Farm Tour and Dinner

Join us for a behind-the-scenes and on-your-plate look at our diversified livestock and botanical farm operation.

You'll get a personal tour of our entire operation including grazing sheep, hungry lambs, charismatic rams, handsome guardian dogs, aromatic herbs, and two dedicated farmers making it all happen. Learn how regenerative "regenerative agriculture" can be. After the tour at the "home farm" we will travel to our "flower farm" to experience the culinary delights from the chefs at Cobble Hill.

We are so excited to collaborate with Cobble Hill for this event. They have supported our farm ever since we met these fine folks - serving our lamb, embellishing drinks with our cocktail bitters, and arranging our cut flowers on the tables. The chefs at Cobble Hill will be serving an intimate family style dinner featuring our pasture-raised lamb and local produce.

Schedule of events:

2pm-4pm Farm Tour at the Home Farm - 650 Martelle Rd, Springville

4pm-4:30pm Travel to the Flower Farm (15 minute drive)

4:30-5:30pm Cocktail Hour at the Rhubarb Botanicals Flower Farm - 681 Hwy 1 S, Mount Vernon

5:30pm Dinner is served!

One ticket (per person) includes:

Farm Tour*

One complimentary beverage (house cocktail, mocktail, beer, or wine)

Dinner and dessert served family style by the chefs of Cobble Hill

Additional beverages (wine, beer, cocktail, N/A beverages) will be available to purchase at the bar throughout the evening. This is not a BYOB event. The Farm Store will be open from 4:30-7:30 if you wish to purchase any items including retail lamb cuts, flower bouquets, herbal products, and more.

*The farm tour is optional if you would prefer to join us for the dinner portion only. However, only ticket holders will be admitted to the farm tour.
